With over a decade of experience in yoga practice, teaching, and therapy, brings depth, care, and dedication to Omkara Yogalaya. Her approach blends traditional yoga wisdom with mindful, personalized guidance, creating a safe and supportive space for growth and healing. She specializes in therapeutic yoga and prenatal and postnatal care, gently supporting individuals and mothers through every stage of life.

With several years of experience in yoga teaching and therapy, brings a global perspective shaped by internationally recognized certifications. Her approach is caring, practical, and inclusive, with a strong focus on prenatal and postnatal support and therapeutic practices.
